I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies—whether that’s getting out of pain, recovering from injury, or returning to the activities they love.

My journey began in 2004 when I first qualified as a Sports Therapist. I went on to complete a BSc in Rehabilitation Studies in 2005, and further developed my skills by qualifying as a Physical Therapist in 2011. Now based in Carlow Town, I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of people—from office workers managing everyday aches and pains to athletes recovering from injury and returning to performance.

In 2018, I founded Ouch Clinic with a clear focus: to provide personalised, high-quality care that puts each individual first. I combine clinical expertise with a genuine, empathetic approach, taking the time to understand your goals and develop realistic, tailored recovery plans that support long-term results.

What drives me is seeing people regain confidence in how they move. I don’t believe in quick fixes—instead, I focus on understanding the root cause of the problem and working with you to achieve lasting change.

In 2026, I expanded my work to include post breast cancer rehabilitation. This is an area I feel strongly about, supporting individuals through recovery after treatment and helping them rebuild strength, mobility, and trust in their bodies again.

Ouch Clinic was created to reflect exactly what I see every day—people living with pain when they don’t have to. My goal is simple: to help turn “ouch” into relief, and to support you every step of the way back to feeling your best.
